Are the prints good quality?

Yes, I work with an industry-leading print partner who produce professional C-type photographic prints using state-of-the-art equipment. They achieve gallery-quality using Fuji Crystal archive paper with a semi-matt finish (other options available on request). This paper is coated with slightly stippled texture giving it a very natural photographic finish with subtle colour.

What print sizes are available?

Prints are available in a variety of sizes and aspect ratios. Please note there are no borders on ‘print-only’ orders from the store.

Can I get framed prints?

Yes, framed prints are available from the same professional printing partner. These have a white border (usually 15mm) and the frame will add approximately 24mm. For example, a square framed print (300x300mm) will have actual printed dimensions (270x270mm) and framed dimensions (324x324mm). Although our printing partner has made every effort to be as accurate as possible, because some of the frames are handmade, their sizes, dimensions and measurements indicated on our site have a reasonable industry standard tolerance.

Can I get bespoke prints?

Absolutely, please get in touch using the contact form to discuss any bespoke requirements. Most of my portfolio can be purchased.

When will my print be shipped?

Our print partner ships within 48 hours of the order being received. Delivery times depend on your location but it should be within 1-2 days for print-only and 3-5 days for framed prints. Our print partner has production facilities in the UK, USA and Germany ensuring the quickest delivery times possible.

Prints can be shipped globally, however, my online store currently supports orders from the UK and USA only. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss shipping to other countries.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each print is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference (e.g. colour tone, framing style etc.)

We encourage you to carefully review the product details and sizing before placing your order. If you need help choosing, feel free to contact me.

What happens if my print arrives damaged or defective?

We want your artwork to arrive in perfect condition. Our print partner will carefully cover your prints in recyclable tissue paper and use a robust cardboard envelope or tube. However, if your print is:

  • damaged in transit

  • incorrect (size or image)

  • has a printing defect

Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery including your order number and a description of the issue. We will request more details (incl. photos of the damaged or defective print) and coordinate a replacement through our printing partner.
